Only Events has been thrilled to help a number of New Zealand charities boost their profiles, increase supporter numbers and attract very generous donations – proving that innovative, fun and meaningful events can make all the difference to fundraising success.
Working closely with our charity clients and their sponsors, supporters and other partners, we take care of all event details, such as:
finding, securing and decorating the fundraising event venue
designing the menu and arranging all catering, including waiting staff
sourcing and negotiating sponsorship from associated organisations, suppliers and others through direct funds, discounts on services and goods for participant ‘goody bags’
managing fundraising initiatives such as charity auctions
arranging space, microphones, screens and other equipment for speakers
coordinating florists, photographers, security staff and other suppliers
liaising with news and other media
organising exhibition stands
tracking the budget throughout and managing the event on the day
